Named one of the ’Top Young Leaders of Miami’ by Latino Leaders Magazine, Osmara Vindel, MBA, is the author of the best-selling book, The Unleashing, and an inspirational speaker and trainer. She has also appeared on CNN Español and most recently, in The Miami Herald. Osmara’s passion and mission is helping others wake up and unleash themselves from their constraints to create unprecedented results and success in their lives and careers. Through her workshops, training programs, lectures and keynotes, Osmara infuses her audience with real inspiration, cutting-edge information and applicable transformational tools that lead to emotional mastery and increased confidence.

On stage, as a professional speaker Osmara has the innate ability to engage and connect with her audience on an emotional level so they not only “get” what she is saying but feel compelled to take action. Her candid, vibrant and fresh approach is what makes her stand out in the Hispanic community as a thought leader. Osmara has spoken at The Hispana Leadership Summit, The Women’s Success Summit – Miami, Young Women Social Entrepreneurs Organization, University of Miami’s Lambda Theta Alpha Sorority Annual Conference, and the Mashable Social Media Day 2012.

As a social entrepreneur, she coaches and trains women who are the recipients of microloans in developing countries. Via her practical and powerful workshops and training programs she teaches these strong-willed women the tools they need to grow and develop their own businesses while leveraging their quality of life. Recently, Osmara collaborated with Mexican based organization, Fundacion En Via, to train over 50 microloan recipients. She traveled to Oaxaca, Mexico where she spent ten days helping these women unleash themselves and transform their lives and businesses.
