Professional Bio
Recently named one of the “Top Young Leaders of Miami” by Latino Leaders Magazine, Osmara Vindel’s passion is helping women and Hispanic youth unleash themselves from their sabotage patterns so they can gain the confidence and belief in their ability to live their passion, build a legacy, and create unprecedented success.
A sought after coach, speaker and radio personality, Osmara holds an MBA from Florida International University. She guides her clients to create leverage in their careers and lives while re-booting their brain to maximize their potential and overcome their most pressing obstacles such as sabotage, fears and limiting beliefs.
On stage, Osmara has the innate ability to engage and connect with her audience on an emotional level so they not only “get” what she is saying but also feel compelled to take action. Her candid, vibrant and fresh approach is what makes her stand out in the Hispanic community as a leader. Osmara has given powerful, motivational talks at the Hispana Leadership Summit, Women’s Success Summit – Miami, Young Women Social Entrepreneurs Organization, University of Miami’s Lambda Theta Alfa Sorority Annual Conference, and at the Mindful City Commerce Council of Miami.
Osmara also co-hosts La Moderna Woman, the only bi-lingual internet radio and TV show covering relevant and hot topics pertaining to a day in the life of today’s modern Hispanic woman: career, business, health, wealth, relationships, spirituality and self. She is the Program Director for the Young Women Social Entrepreneurs (YWSE) Miami Chapter and serves on the Board of Advisors for the Women’s Success Summit – Miami’s largest 2-day women’s business conference.
As a social entrepreneur, she coaches and trains women who are the recipients of microloans in developing countries. Via her practical and powerful workshops and training programs, she teaches these strong-willed women the tools they need to grow and develop their own businesses while leveraging their quality of life.
Through her personal journey of self-evolution and discovery she has become a catalyst and a major resource for visionary, driven Latinas around the globe.

Hola! I’m Osmara Vindel. I’m a visionary dreamer. I’m a non-conformist…
By trade, I’m a speaker, coach, catalyst and social entrepreneur. My work is my play. I’m humbled, stoked and oh so grateful about that. I am here to help you find your badass, powerful self and create the life + career you’ve been dreaming about but still haven’t quite figured out how to get.
My blood is Honduran and spicy. Although I’m a Miami Native (Baptist Hospital, baby!), I’ve lived in Barcelona, Seattle and London, UK too.

Paddington (left) stole my heart four years ago and we’ve been inseparable ever since. Can you blame me?
I am divorced (yep – talk about a learning experience!), yet I am a hopeless romantic at heart. Passion is my middle name – in everything I do and with everyone I love.

I absolutely LOVE the beach, yoga, full moons, and hammocks… oh, and creative writing, too.
When I was little, I dreamt of being a telenovela (Spanish soap opera) actress AND a professional figure skater.
I’m slightly obsessed with the color Lavish Purple and I collect Buddhas of all kinds.
My favorite band (right now) is Florence + the Machine. Hot damn, her voice gets to my soul.
I believe our world is changing – fast. Our mission while we’re on this planet is to awaken from autopilot mode and create a life that leaves a powerful fingerprint behind when we’re no longer here.
I believe social entrepreneurship—microfinance in particular—is essential to creating ripples of hope and empowerment amongst women and children in developing countries.

Given my own mistakes, pains and challenges, I’ve come to realize one thing:
It’s not about what you have or what you do. It’s about doing, having and being WITH PASSION. It’s about focusing on what fires you up and matters to YOU. Knowing and owning who you are is the first step to your unleashing.
The road has been bumpy at times… scary and dark too.
I’m here to tell you: take my hand and let’s unleash it into the world… together.
